How is my personalized figurine created?

We start by hand-sculpting your 3D model from scratch, carefully recreating facial features, body proportions, and posture.
Then, the model is digitally refined in detail — we adjust textures, colors, and lighting to achieve the highest resemblance.
After that, the figurine is 3D printed using the most precise and efficient technology available, capturing every tiny element with stunning accuracy.
Finally, our artists hand-paint each piece, bringing warmth, character, and life to your figurine.

How long does it take to make?

It usually takes 3–5 days to create your 3D model, and then 15–25 days for hand-crafting, painting, and shipping.
The total time depends on the complexity of the pose and the number of figures in one scene.

Can I request changes before production?

Absolutely! After the initial 3D visualization is ready, we’ll send you a preview for approval.
You can request small adjustments — like outfit color, pose, or facial details — and we’ll refine everything before printing.

What materials are used for the figurines?

Each figurine is made of premium polymer resin, known for its durability, smooth surface, and ability to capture even the smallest details such as clothing folds and facial expressions.

Is the packaging safe for international shipping?
